Prime Life Programs
Our "Prime Life" program is geared for our 60+ adult members looking to enjoy the best time of their lives. With fitness, aquatics and social activities specifically for the 60+ group, we offer ways to live better and longer, as active seniors. We are pleased to offer Circuit Training, Pilates - Reformer classes, Mat Pilates, Water Aerobics, Yoga, PiYo, Tennis Mixer and a Ladies Tennis Mixer just for those in our Prime Life Program. We also have social activities such as our Bridge League and Lecture Series on Nutrition and Healthy Living.
